New World ERP Restart

Generating HTML, Echo and SSRS reports daily in New World ERP is a memory-intensive process. To manage memory properly, Tyler recommends that the New World ERP App Server service on the application server is restarted nightly. 

You can review the restart time for the service in the New World ERP Management Console on the Application Server: https://HOSTHEADERMAPPING/ManagementConsole#/Base. 

Click the icon on the New World ERP card.  Click the Configuration Settings card.  Expand the Configuration Settings section.

Click the icon on the General card and enter a time in the Restart Time field.  Save the value when complete.
